The Pet Advertising Advisory Group works hard to raise awareness of the need to act responsibly when looking to buy pets, and we can’t do this without sharing the stories of well-meaning animal lovers who have fallen victim to unscrupulous breeders and dealers with the media and the public. 

If you have been scammed by a bad pet seller, or bought a pet online that quickly became poorly and/or sadly had to be put to sleep then please fill out the form below telling us about your experiences. 

We understand that it can be difficult to talk about losing a pet or being duped by a bad seller. Please know that there won't be any judgement and that in sharing your story you may help others to avoid an awful experience. By sharing your story you’ll be helping us do vital work to help stop future scams and protect animals and buyers. You will be supported at every stage by our dedicated team, and can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@paag.org.uk. 

The information you’ve given us will only be used to contact you about your story. We will not use your story or pass the details recorded in this form, or provided to us at a later date, to any other organisation without your permission and we will get in touch before any opportunity to see if you would be interested in having your story featured. We will only keep and use your content for up to five years. But please note that once published, content may be publicly available indefinitely.
